This 4-bedroom, 2-bath villa offers all the comforts of home with the convenience of a gated community. Designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind, the villa features a large open-concept living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking and gathering with family or friends.  
  
Each bedroom provides plenty of space to unwind, with fresh linens, storage, and smart TVs for streaming. Two full bathrooms ensure everyone has room to get ready, whether you’re heading out to the beach or preparing for a night on the town.  
  
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, climate control, and in-unit laundry to make longer stays easy. Some villas also include a garage or private outdoor area for extra convenience.  
  
Located just minutes from Galveston attractions—like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, the Seawall, and The Historic Strand—you’ll have quick access to everything while returning to a quiet, private retreat at the end of the day. Please note that Salt and Stone Management owns and operates the surrounding 14 villas. This property is ideal for families vacationing together or sport teams.  
  
Getting Around:  
You're just a short drive from popular attractions like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. For those who prefer to walk, the beautiful seawall beach is only a 5-minute stroll away.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21\. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (there is a $250 fine). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please be aware that events and parties are not permitted at this property.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was beautifully decorated; the space felt both stylish and welcoming. We loved the layout—having all the living areas on one floor was perfect for our group. It felt spacious yet allowed everyone to stay together, and there was plenty of seating for everyone to relax. It was very clean, including the bathrooms, which we really appreciated. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. While we didn't use the pool, it looked very well-maintained. The home is in what looks like a newly developed community and the location is excellent—very close to the beach, Moody Gardens, and Pleasure Pier, but away from the crowds and traffic. Communication with the host was timely, and the detailed check-in instructions made our arrival seamless. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to stay here again.

I think we may have been the first (or one of the first) guests here! Looks brand new and actually larger than we expected. Spotlessly clean, great communication with the host. We will definitely save for the next time we’re in Galveston!
