It s perfect for small families or couples looking to get away to the beach on a budget. Cute and comfortable with fun beachy decor throughout the home. This home has a wraparound porch, outdoor shower, charming landscape and patio area downstairs for entertaining. There is a half bath downstairs with a washer and dryer. We provide all linens and bath towels, you just need to bring beach towels. Easy walk to the beach or rent a golf cart. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay. You will feel like you are right at home. Both bedrooms have queen beds with Simmons Beautyrest Platinum Plush Pillow top mattresses, closet, and dresser. In the living room, there is plenty of places to sit and rest. We have 3 sofas, a Queen Sofa Sleeper made of quality memory foam, a rattan sofa and a futon. Also, there are 2 comfy chairs. There is an antique bar with bar set up, all you need is your favorite alcohol. We also have Xfinity WIFI and 140 channels to view. Downstairs you can barbecue with a Weber Charcoal Grill and relax feeling the gulf breeze as you sit down in our conversation area. We have yard games in the utility room, such as horseshoes. We also have chairs for you to take to the beach. Don’t worry about it when it gets dark, we’ve got you covered as the party lights will allow you to continue in the dark. 2 day minimum stay. Sea Isle Community - This community is steps away from the beach and accessible to many amenities the community has to offer. Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), community pool\*, tennis/pickleball court, playground, sand volleyball court. There are several restaurants around and in the neighborhood. On weekends the Marina area features live music. There are three (3) areas located at the marina which offers food, The Sand Bar, The Oasis and upstairs the West End Restaurant. The lighted fishing pier is a one of a kind experience. The sunset is breathtaking on the fishing pier. Not to mention our marina and boat launch. They also have a fully stocked general store for all your grocery needs, and offer a full service bait shop and marina, complete with 4 ton lifts, electric, water supply, and quality marine grade fuel. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime. \*The Sea Isle pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend and during spring break, dependent upon the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, a $100 pass may be purchased at the pool area. The pass covers up to 10 guests for one week. Pool Address is 21704 Burnet, Galveston, Texas 77554\. We landed on Galveston given the ease of travel from Dallas/McKinney. We searched through tons of properties, both privately-owned and resort-style, and stumbled across this little place. Plenty big enought for 5 of us, with room for a 6th easily. The home was extremely clean and well maintained, newer appliances, comfortable beds, and we could go on and on.... Accommodations overall were about a 12 out of 10 given how much thought clearly went into everything the owners supplied for an excellent experience! Now for the location... The main part if the island off the Sea Board is EXTREMELY busy and chaotic. 4 lanes of busy traffic you have to play frogger to cross, not to mention carrying beach items and kids. Thankfully we were skeptical, and decided to look further down the coast line. This house is completely away from all the stress, with direct beach access to a great spot not overrun with people. Also, the marina is literally right around the corner, with excellent food, live music, drinks, market, and a bait shop. Another huge bonus, a somewhat private pier for fishing! The home comes with a key card, and you can simply waltz out with the kids to fish...many times of which we were the only ones in the pier. And yes we caughts lots of fish, one of which was large enough to snap a 20lb test line (thinking huge redfish). Needless to say, we absolutely hope to book this property again!! ##### Casey K. Just a short ways off the beach. Our family loved playing the board games in the evenings. The host was wonderful and always had quick communication with any questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. Minutes to the beach. Very clean and homey. No need to bring towels, coffee maker, sheets, pillows, or dishes. The West End Marina was nice to eat and drink. Seven Seas has a very good meat market. The Shrimp & Stuff mobile truck was a good surprise, didn't have to drive into the city to eat at on of our favorites. This unit was one of the cleanest I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Perfect water temp and pressure. Plus all the kitchen tools and goodies we needed!! The owner responded to our email inquiries very promptly and we had no issues whatsoever. I’d definitely recommend this unit and would stay again. Be sure to take your own beach chairs. It's just a short walk to the beach or the marina/pier on the opposite side of island. The outside shower and washer/dryer was extremely useful and helped us not to track sand inside. Cute little covered patio with chairs and table. The property manager was very helpful and available when we needed. Highly recommend! ##### Shana M.
