Sandy earth tones and blue hues welcome you into the heart of the home on the main floor. The living and kitchen area is bright and airy, offering panoramic beach views. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, featuring an island with seating for 3, banquette dining for 8, and additional seating in the living area for 4—ample room to host family meals. This well-equipped coastal kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware to prepare meals and entertain your crew.

In the living room, gather together day and night on the spacious wrap-around couch—perfect for conversations or a movie night, where there is room for everyone. A game table invites friendly competitions, whether a game of cards, Monopoly, or puzzles; the house is well-stocked for those rainy days.

Step onto the expansive second-floor deck and immerse yourself in breathtaking Gulf views. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you gaze out over the endless expanse of the waves lapping the sandy shores. The deck, furnished with comfortable deck chairs, is an invitation to relax, unwind, and savor the beauty of beachfront living.

All 5 bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious hotel-quality linens and new foam mattresses for ultimate comfort and quality sleep. Three bedrooms offer king-size beds, and two have ensuite bathrooms, so deciding which bedroom will be yours will be hard! There are TWO charming bunk rooms upstairs, each featuring a bunk bed (twin over twin), a single twin bed, and a twin trundle bed underneath. The bunk rooms were designed to make bedtime a cinch—all beds have nautical duvets, blackout curtains, and sound machines. Your kids will be fast asleep after a sunny day at the beach! The newly renovated hallway bathroom has a vanity sink, shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage for everyone.

An open-area third-floor TV and game area provides additional space for the whole family or just the kids to unwind. It is stocked with board games, play toys, and puzzles for kids to entertain themselves. The full-size pullout sofa fits 2 people, and the twin sleeper chair offers 1 additional sleeping space, which is excellent for teens.

The downstairs outdoor space is designed for year-round enjoyment. Unwind in the new Bullfrog Swim Spa, which is large enough to accommodate 8 guests for a plunge. Whether heated for the winter months or cooled for the summer, this inviting oasis offers a relaxing respite for the whole family.

Enjoy your time with the family and friends in the shade of the covered deck. There is plenty of space to relax in the Adirondack chairs, play a game of corn hole, or prepare a BBQ picnic on the propane gas grill.

Packing for the beach is a breeze when you stay at The Surfing Cowboy. This beach house has beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, a wagon, a cooler, and a Shibumi beach shade tent.

Parking for four vehicles is available on a private driveway, with additional space along the private road, Gulf Drive.

Should you want to explore the area, Galveston's Pleasure Pier, Seawall, and Historic Strand await within a 20-mile drive. Explore the cuisine of the local seafood restaurants and the Historic Strand for charming antique shops, ice cream parlors, and candy shops.
