Location was great, close to the beach and Moody Gardens. The condo was super cute. 2 min walk to beach. Pool was nice, heated, and big enough for several families without feeling cramped. Only issues were that there were no paper towels, no coffee, and no beach towels, so make sure to bring your own. This is a 3rd floor unit and the elevators were out of service twice during our 2 day stay. This was very inconvenient when getting our luggage downstairs and would be a significant issue for those with disabilities. The property management company makes you jump through hoops to book here though. In addition to VRBO's requirements, you'll get a full rental agreement you have to sign before the booking is confirmed. Then when you show up, they have another set of signatures or they threaten to kick you out. The condo itself was nice, but it reeks of smoke. It doesn't have any paper towels, cleaning stuff, beach or pool towels. The kitchen doesn't have anything in it to cook except pots and pans, so bring your own spices and cooking stuff. ##### Dan L. The unit is as described and overlooks the pool and has a beach view. Highly recommend units on the third floor because of view and pool noise. If you normally drink coffee from pods either bring a bag of coffee or your own machine. And only other minor thing, there is no access to do laundry if needed. So know before you go, unit 2306\. Grounds are well kept and the location is great! You do not need to cross busy Seawall Blvd to enjoy the beach and there is no driving on this portion of the beach. We will be back!!! The condos have a family friendly atmosphere, clean pool area, and easy access to the beach where it was never crowded. The condo had easy keypad entrance to the room. This place was super clean, well stocked with the necessities for cooking and serving food, and very nicely decorated. We would definitely book here again!! ##### Robby W.
