Beachfront Paradise 6

Enjoy sunrises from your patio. The home was thoroughly updated with new furnishings (living, bedroom and kid’s room furniture) and a new kitchen with appliances. Laminate wood floors are throughout and new paint has been touched up inside! There is also a gas grill at the rear of the home on the patio.
Great for adult trips and even better with the kids. Walk out the door and you're at the beach...no long trek with all your beach gear. Enjoy the beach to the fullest right out your door.

This home is a great vacation rental home in Galveston featuring a lovely main living area with a smart television plus dining area for four plus five bar stools.
The fully furnished kitchen is nicely equipped with many great appliances such as: microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, glassware, and all cooking utensils.
Dining area for four people, plus access to the ocean view deck. 

BEDROOM 1-The master bedroom is lovely with its queen bed with private bath and large tv with Apple television. Enjoy great ocean views from the balcony.
BEDROOM 2-The second master also has a queen bed.

BEDROOM 3-Enjoy your spacious guest bedroom with two twin beds.

LOFT-The loft features a futon and twin bed with futon bed that makes into small kid bed.

This home sleeps 10 and you can enjoy the abundant amenities such as two TV’s throughout, central heat/air, washer and dryer, linens and towels, and much more!





Parking for 3 vehicles as well.

Please note the ac/heater is locked at cannot be changed by tenants.

Great location

This rental is a great location to the beach! The deck is great for sitting out and enjoying the view and breeze. The house was well stocked and clean and the beds are comfortable. The host is very good to respond to any questions. Thanks Kim for a great 4 days at your house.

Great location

Absolutely great place to stay! It was great being able to have the kids run around on the beach whenever they wanted and watch from the balcony. Spacious rooms and the kids loved the loft! Will love to stay at again!

Best view

This house is always like a hug. Been here several times and always enjoy every second. The house is on the water and has the best view. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Always clean and has plenty of towels! The deck is huge and partial shade is great to be outside but out of the sun when you are ready! Kim is the best host!!!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Owner was very helpful and responsive. House very well stocked for your every need. And could accommodate many more people easily. And the location could not be better….9 steps from the beach! Would highly recommend this place for your beach retreat.

Awesome location

I will be as honest as possible and give as many details as I can. This property is perfectly located, beachfront, a good distance from public access. At a very busy time of the year, the beach was almost empty. Great fishing spot as well. The house is ok, not quite ready for rental at the price listed, it appears to be in the process of renovations. Exterior siding is partially replaced so it is two different colors. Deck has solid updated stairs, but has other issues such as boards that need replaced and below there are unattached boards that had just duct tape trying to hold them down, didn't see it until wife had boards flip up on her. Structurally the deck seems sound, just needs renovation and support bolts in some areas are totally rusted out and past time for replacement. Watch for nail heads sticking up. My son cut his foot on one. Deck seating not built for salt air, and is breaking down. The bathrooms and kitchen are renovated and nicely done. Well stocked with basic kitchen needs. Be aware that there are not enough dishes to host the sleeping capacity listed. With 6 people there were meals that we had to be creative to have enough. The refrigerator/freezer was not empty, as would be expected for renting so there was limited space. The beds are all very good quality. Furniture is also very good throughout. The only furniture that could use updating is the dining room chairs. Structurally they are fine, but they are fabric covered seats and they were pretty dirty as would be expected for a beach house. Areas not yet renovated ie. floors, not including the kitchen and bathrooms, is pretty bad. There are places that you feel like you are going to put your foot through the subfloor. Not as solid or level as renovated areas. Having owned elevated beach property and rented many, I have to say there is too much movement in this house. A little is normal, but this has a lot even in slight breezes. The towels hanging in the bathroom and the ceiling fan in master could be seen swaying at times and makes the fan noisy at times. This is evident in excessive cracks that can be seen in the sheet rock joints. Be aware that thermostat is locked. There are ceiling fans, but living room fan was on low speed and there was no pull chain or any way to adjust speed. Overall I definately recommend for its location, and potential. After fully renovated the current price will be appropriate.

The location was great but....

Would not recommend, we tried to stay an extra day was told the host did not know to do that, I wrote 3 messages seeing if it was figured out, got no response. Was accused of breaking a seal on washer that was already not workin, was blamed for a end table that was already damaged, had to search for the outside trash can which was at another rental.. I will say the location was great but would take pics of everything just to have proof.

Amazing vacation

What an amazing location. The layout of the house was great. The beach was the best I have been to in Galveston. I love being able to watch my family if I’m inside. It made lunches and snacks a snap. We also love the fact that the house had washer and dryer. The provided towels were amazing to have. We would have liked to have better verification on trash day or something not enough trash space for 5 days.

Stay right on the beach!

We enjoyed the outdoor deck every day, with a lovely breeze and unobstructed views of the dunes. The beach was just a few steps away. Our group of 5 adults and two teenagers never felt crowded. Large windows in the living and dining area also provided great views of the the beach. Beds were all comfortable. Wooden deck below minimized the sand brought up to the main living area and deck. Large capacity washer and dryer came in handy. Check in was a breeze and owner was quick to respond to any question we had. We would stay here again.
