This beautiful beachfront home is nestled in cozy 'Sea Isle' which is approximately 25 minutes from Galveston. You will have easy access to the restaurants and attractions Galveston offers while enjoying a more private feel at the beach and incredible ocean views from the home. THE HOME You are just steps away from the beach. From the backyard, take the private path through the dunes for a short walk to one of the best beaches that Galveston has to offer. Easily take breaks throughout the day to enjoy cooking and eating together around the large island that joins the kitchen with the family room. The open floor plan combines kitchen with the family room and the beautiful views of the ocean so that you never feel secluded from the action. BEDROOMS This home features five bedrooms to allow ample space for large families or reunions with extended families and friends. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower as well as an ocean view and direct access to the upper deck. Bedroom #2, #3, and #4 have one queen-size bed each and are all located on the main level with the master bedroom. Bedroom #5 is located on the top level with stairs leading directly to the family room and features two bunkbeds with two single beds each and one additional single bed. DURING YOUR STAY Start your mornings taking in beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and main living area. Indulge in endless days at the beach or head to town for one of the many attractions that nearby Galveston has to offer. Utilize the fully stocked kitchen or grill your favorite meats or veggies on the charcoal grill provided for guest use on the lower patio. Relax at night curled up on the couch together or take a dip in the hot tub with room for up to 8 people and additional seating for many more on the lighted lower patio to enjoy the evening sea breezes. This is a perfect house for friends and families to enjoy the beach and build memories together. BEACH ACCESSORIES STOCKED AT THE PROPERTY The home is stocked with beach items to enhance your experience and reduce the number of items you need to purchase and pack for your trip. These items typically include boogie boards, sandcastle toys, beach umbrellas, etc. Due to the nature of beach items, we are unable to guarantee all items are available or in pristine condition. Although we restock these items on an ongoing basis, they are used by guests and do incur wear. Need beach chairs, a beach canopy, or a golf cart during your stay? We have a local company that rents these items. They can deliver these items and pick them up at a reasonable rate. Their contact information is listed under 'Local Rentals' in the Local Guide section of our guest app which is made available upon booking your reservation. GUEST APP Each guest receives access to our user-friendly guest app which is tailored to the specific details of this home. Our guest app will help you easily prepare for your trip and get the most out of your stay. PETS This is a pet-friendly property but please review our house rules below to ensure you are in compliance. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Checking in and out is a stress-free and seamless process! You will receive a home access code 24 hours prior to your arrival which will provide you direct access to the home. You may check-in any time after 4PM on your arrival date. Please do not request an early check-in time as we are unable to provide early check-ins. If you arrive to the island prior to 4PM, please utilize our guest app to find one of the many restaurants or attractions Galveston has to offer. These locations can serve as an excellent meeting place for members in your group and a fun way to start your trip. Check-out time is 11AM on your departure date. Please adhere to this departure time so that our staff has adequate time to prepare the home for the next guest. Late guest departure from the home may result in additional fees. STOCKED ITEMS This home is well stocked starting with a kitchen that has just about everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients! All beds are made prior to your arrival with clean sheets. Freshly laundered hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide a starter kit of paper products intended to make your first day comfortable but you will need to plan on purchasing supplies on your way to the home or after your arrival. NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES While staying at this home, you will have access to all the great amenities that Sea Isle has to offer. Within the neighborhood, nearby West End Marina features a restaurant, bar, store, and bait shop. Just across the street you can easily drop by Sea Isle Supermarket which offers a wide variety of items. As our guest, you will also have access to the neighborhood tennis courts and fishing pier. The pier is located on the bay side of the island and is an excellent spot to spend time with your group fishing or even catching crabs together. Additional details are provided in our guest app. The community pool is also available for guest use with an additional fee. Pool hours and fees can vary depending on the dates of your reservation. Please inquire with us directly for more information. HOUSE RULES Early Check-ins: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the complications this causes for our cleaning staff. Age Requirements: All guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian throughout their entire stay. Quiet hours: We ask that our guests please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to reasonable levels between the hours of 8pm to 8am. Pets: This is a pet-friendly property! We allow 1-2 dogs depending on size. 2 dogs are permitted if both dogs are under 20 lbs. No dogs over 40 lbs are permitted at the home. Cats or any other animals are not allowed. When completing your reservation, please be sure to check 'Pets' when selecting number of guests. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee that will be applied to your reservation. The fenced in yard was perfect for the toddler and dog—it allowed us to relax more. A couple of small issues were addressed immediately, and much appreciated! Everything you need.Only thing I would say is they need to have someone come through and do a light bulb replacement everywhere inside , many lights aree needing replaced. Interior needs lots of work. Looks like baseboards were water damaged. Many broken exterior lights. Did not realize house only had parking behind garage doors. Did not have parking under the house like most of the beach homes built on stilts have. We had 5 cars and could barely park 3 at the house. ##### Norman A. The weather didn't cooperate very well and the gulf experienced a sargassum outbreak, but we didn't care! It was fabulous to sit on the deck and watch the waves roll in.You can definitely tell the house is a rental and that some renters have treated it as such. We couldn't get the ice maker to work, there is some mold in the house, and a broken floor tile in the guest bathroom but the location is absolutely perfect! It was wonderful to have access to the pier where we went crabbing.There are tons of restaurants to choose from and I highly recommend Katie's Seafood House! Doc Holiday's was ok.Communication with the property management was excellent! All in all, I recommend staying here! The house is huge and easy to get to! ##### Tami B.
