Beautiful condo in Pointe West near the beach Club! "Beach Tranquility" features two bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the 1st level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful views from the private balcony, living or dining spaces in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a meal while entertaining guests at the same time. Our condo is just a short walk to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the resort amenities. This condo offers: a king bedroom, a second bedroom with a full size bed and a twin. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area! Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation! A storage locker is provided with this unit. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. \*Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. Beach Tranquility is as pretty as the pictures show. It was clean, and it was so well furnished with the extras you need… Hooks on the walls, blankets to cuddle with, great pillows, etc. an alarm was going on when we arrived bye-bye the next morning when we were able to contact somebody they came over and took care of it right away. The location in the complex is perfect for an easy walk to the beach club and to the beach. The lazy river pool that they talk about is not only across the street but further down the street. You either need to have rented a golf cart or drive your car to really enjoy it. we ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. Even with the rain, we had a great time at our stay, and this was a great rental. ##### Lisa B.
