We are centrally located right on the seawall! Enjoy covered parking, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a fitness center and outdoor BBQ grill for steaks & goodies! We also have 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston, to answer questions & assist with any concerns or needs while staying in our beautiful retreat. You are literally directly across the street from Babe's Beach & the fishing pier. You're going to love it here and we're so happy to have you. Guest access Guests have access to the pools, the fitness center, the tennis court, the outdoor BBQs, the hot tubs, the garden fountains and seating area, & covered parking. Enjoy your very special stay here at Beach Happy Suite in beautiful Galveston, Texas! Important Note: Beach Happy is a quiet hideaway designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. We cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this. Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living. Welcome to our home! We love sharing our peaceful abode on the sea with you and your loved ones! Check in 4pm. Check out 11 am. We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk. We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund. Please be sure disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 5). Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests. A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here! For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards! RULES: Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $35 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security. Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly. Trash chute is located 10 feet from front door. Please start dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃 PLEASE HANG SOILED towels in the bathroom or on the patio to dry for laundering at checkout time. Do NOT place linens on the floor please. Be considerate to future guests. Thank you We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂 TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION. ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. Pool closes at that time as well. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF OF ANY UNWANTED DISTURBANCES. NOTE! Spring Break, Major Holidays, Summer Weekends and the Lone Star Rally are busy party times and we may not be able to help with noise during those times. Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo. We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $250 will be charged if we detect smoke odors. Please do not make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this! We love hosting and hope you enjoyed our Island Treasure as much as we do!
