With its retro flare you will undoubtedly feel like you were meant to live the island lifestyle, and never want to leave. This 980 sq ft home has three bedrooms, one and a half baths, a large deck with partial beach views, and a covered downstairs area for family gatherings. Downstairs shower has hot and cold water too. Close enough to see the beach from the deck with amazing views, the sand is only a 2 minute walk away. The space Enjoy your dinner on the deck with plenty of seating options, or grill downstairs and share a meal with the family at the picnic table. Please note this home is not pet friendly. Ground Level: Storage room with washer/dryer, beach toys and a wagon, outdoor shower, lots of seating including a picnic table, parking for 4 vehicles. Main Level: Large, open living room with lots of sunlight, kitchen with breakfast bar top seating in addition to the dinging room table; Bedroom 1 with a built in bunk bed, and additional Twin size futon; Shared hallway half bath; Bedroom two with a Full over Queen bunk bed and a TV; Shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo; Bedroom three with a Queen bed, TV, and large walk in closet. Location: 3 minutes to the beach; 10 mile drive to 61st Street; 12.5 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 8.9 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark. The house was decorated very nicely and had a well stocked kitchen. The upper deck underneath was nice for sitting outside.
