For our dog, the property has a doggy “Restroom” location, adjacent to the tennis court, complete with waste bag dispenser. It would have been excellent except there was a little bit of a musty smell due to the property being across the street from the Gulf. I don't think there is anything that can be done about it and after 15 minutes you don't even notice it. The layout was great and things like coffee, towels, dishes, soap, etc.. were in ample supply. You do have to cross a street but morning coffee on the balcony included ocean views. Apartment is very clean and has all you'll need for your stay, including beach accessories (chairs, buckets, shovels). The dehumidifier was key in keeping us comfortable in the humidity. We unfortunately had a hurricane interrupt our vacation but the owners were great about checking in to make sure we were safe. This is definitely a vacation rental we'll want to stay at again. Location is just west of the islands hot spots. Close enough to enjoy but not to close to interrupt. Owners provided a list of dining and entertainment suggestions. ##### leann j.
