A Family Tides is a beautifully appointed, first-floor beachfront condo offering stunning, unobstructed Gulf views and an exceptional blend of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly design. With the largest floor plan at Pointe West and a prime location next door to the Beach Club, this home provides the perfect setting for an elevated coastal getaway. Designed to accommodate families and groups with ease, the condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably and features two king suites, a full-over-full bunk bed with trundle, and a full sleeper sofa and a pack and play in the third bedroom closet. Thoughtfully curated for modern living, the home includes three HD smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, cable, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for effortless meals and entertaining. A secondary sitting area with a smart TV and DVD player offers a cozy space for kids or movie nights. Step onto the spacious beachfront deck to unwind in the luxury sectional seating area or enjoy alfresco dining at the table while taking in the soothing sights and sounds of the Gulf—an unforgettable backdrop for sunrise coffee or sunset dinners. A Family Tides is our family’s personal vacation retreat, lovingly maintained and thoughtfully furnished to feel like a true home—not a typical rental. Every detail is designed to create a relaxed, coastal-luxury atmosphere where families can reconnect, unwind, and make lifelong beach memories. The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional. Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. \*Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of: • Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river • Hot tubs • Basketball and a Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room • Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year. • The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM. Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing. Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Check in: 4 PM • Check out: 10 AM • Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase. • All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required. No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages. • Minimum age requirement: 26+ • No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones. This condo was our favorite. It was so clean and comfortable. The couch on the balcony was the best spot to enjoy the gorgeous view. Being right next to the beach club and dune crossover is so convenient. The condo was very homey with nice touches like good towels, night lights, and I loved all the labels in the kitchen cabinets very helpful. The kitchen has nice dishes and all the other pots pans and things you need to cook a meal. Great stuff in the storage downstairs for the beach. Really everything you could ask for in beach rental is in this place. We stayed during the Easter holiday. The condo was very clean, had plenty of towels (past reviews concerned me and we packed extra, no necessary). The kitchen truly has everything you would need. It is true that you’re on more of a desolate end of the island, but that’s what what we enjoyed. It was relatively quiet and the amenities at the resort were just right. We utilized a grocery store about 10 mins up the road and found everything we needed. The secondary pool was shut down part way through our trip because of someone breaking glass in the pool. We received text updates regarding the pools during our stay. The restaurant and bar at the main pool was nice and convenient as well. Reviews mentioned the fee for lost wristbands. I cut ours off each night and traded them in each day, no problems. The one thing I would recommend is bring your own beach items. We bought some cheap sand toys for the kids and used a beach blanket we brought with us. I definitely recommend this condo, it’s on the corner facing the ocean, on the first floor, and the closest to the ocean and beach club. We will be back!! ##### Elena R. The property manager was very responsive with questions. Hot tub and heated pool were down for a bit while we stayed but that does happen. We stayed for 6 weeks. If you are looking to be near restaurants and bars this is not the location for you. We stayed for 6 weeks and loved the quietness. Condo had everything we needed and starting supplies of various cleaning type stuff. Nicely decorated loved the balcony seating. Great stay!! ##### Amy V. Communication was excellent. Check in process was great. Our issue was that there were several maintenance issues that negatively impacted our stay in the unit. When we arrived we discovered burned out lightbulbs in the master and one of the guest rooms. The master was hard to see in due to the poor lighting. The Televisions were very small in all the rooms except the living room and had limited channel access, the toilet in the second master had issues, the handle was difficult to press and it easily got clogged. The electrical plugs in the two master bathrooms were not functional. Both living areas lacked coffee tables. While each of these item is a minor point, collectively, they detracted from our otherwise very enjoyable stay. We sincerely hope that management will address these issues. ##### tammy p. There were several bed options which came in handy with all the snorers we have in our group.
