Must be 25 to book, and must reside at the property Welcome to Islander East, a beachfront studio condo located on the 9th floor with private balcony and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico! Resort pool access, tennis courts and private beach walkover available, so you are just steps from the sand and endless hours of fun in the sun. This cute coastal condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed from which you can see the water and a murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Updated and fully stocked compact kitchen with dishwasher and granite countertops, everything you need to make meals. Full size bathroom with combo tub/shower. Enjoy the private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach and a lovely Gulf breeze; the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage to unwind and watch the sunset. Please note, pets are not allowed. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, fees apply. Need more space? This unit is connected to the condo next door with an indoor passage door that can be accessed if both units are booked together! Conveniently located on the East End and close to many local attractions, restaurants and more, but still enough out of the way from the hustle and bustle of town. • Stewarts Beach, where chairs, umbrellas, food and bathrooms are available is only 1.5 miles away • Beautiful, historic Bishops Palace is 2 miles on Broadway, where tours are available. • The historic downtown Strand district where shopping, dining, carriage rides and strolling are enjoyed is 3 miles away. • The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park is 3 miles. • Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 8 miles down the island. Apparently there was problems with the entry device which they knew in advance. Also there was a strong mold odor as soon as I entered.There was visible mold in bathtub at caulking. The owner had decorated it so cute, but the bed and couch were hard. Islander East property itself including staff was otherwise very good considering the age. Low key location away from crowds, pristine beaches, good fishing, excellent views, close to downtown. Room was perfect for family of 4\. Clean rooms and all the necessities provided was a nice touch. The pictures of the property are accurate. Check in was great no problems, very friendly, helpful staff. A nice quiet area with great views both from inside and out. Just a short drive to everything. The condo is small, about the size of a hotel room but nicer and better equipped, perfect for 1-3 people. We had 2 in our party. I would stay here again and recommend this property. ##### Raeann D. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. Didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to severe thunderstorms, but it looked like it was nice and with the perfect chairs. Unit had plenty of towels and the kitchen nook was well adorned. We didn't want for anything, other than the rain to stop.
