An updated open concept living/ dining/ kitchen are with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Our canal home is located on Nueces Dr and only 4 houses from the bayfront that boasts both canal and bay views. Spacious ground level for guests – Plenty of options for lounging, fishing, corn hole or kayaking. NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain moderate in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Which ever direction you face, you are sure to see great views of the bay and waterfront canal. Living has flat screen TV – Guests are more than welcome to login into their streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, HBOmax, etc.) from the Amazon Fire Stick or watch our basic cable. Glass doors from the living are lead out to the east facing covered deck with canal and bay views. Our dining and kitchen area are part of the open concept. Updated appliances – Electric range – Cooking utensils and dishware all provided – Microwave – Fridge – Wine glasses – Coffee maker. Kitchen is updated. Dining table has seating for 4 and a peninsula bar has seating for 4 people which is a great space to serve morning coffee, afternoon snacks or happy hour margaritas. This home is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need. The back balcony to the porch to the boat dock is set up perfectly. We caught some big fish. 2 family members took the kayake and had a great time. We love this place and are blessed to found such a special family vacay spot. The owners are great people. We have been coming down for over 25 years and always enjoy the west end. Javier has a great Canal House situated close to the bay offering great fishing opportunities, amazing sunsets and close proximity to the beach. The crabbing was very good this year and the fishing was spotty but we did manage to catch a nice bunch of trout off of the dock. The house is exactly as the pictures show and Javier was always responsive with some minor questions we had about the house and how to turn on various lights etc...We will definitely be back again next year for our time honored tradition! ##### Jeffrey K. We are a family of three families and everyone was happy as everyone had their very own space. Some fun things: The two-man kayak and paddle boards were a hit with our two grandchildren—ages 13 and 14\. My son-in-law and grandson had fun paddling the kayak out into the bay fishing. The views are wonderful, and the sunsets are glorious. We really loved sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching the boats glide by in the no-wake canal as they were coming in or going out to the bay. The bay views are both front and back of the home. The beach is a short sprint or drive . . . depending on the amount of beach toys you are carrying. Lots of folks rent golf carts and there is a rental place close by. There is a bait store in the neighborhood for the fishermen/women which saves a lot of driving time and the home’s underwater lights attract the fish for you. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked will all of the utensils we needed. We wished that the air condition could’ve been colder but it was locked at 73 degrees being the lowest. We loved that the kayaks and paddleboards were available for us to use. The sure to carry your life jackets! Check in and check out was super easy! The host was always very responsive via Vrbo messages. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful this entire area was, with easy access to food and the beach.
