Appartamento Vico is a vacation rental apartment in Gallipoli just 400 meters from the sea.  
It is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator and balconies with panoramic views.  
The house is equipped with portable air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer and mosquito nets. It offers up to 6 beds.

The  
entrance is in large condominium atrium from which start both the  
stairs and the elevator to the second floor, on which develops the  
apartment with a balcony overlooking the city.  
The house consists of a wide hallway leading to the living room, spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and bathroom complete with bathtub.  
Present is a portable air conditioner.

Appartamento Vico is located in Gallipoli, a short walk from the beaches and the seafront.  
Very  
close are the first equipped lidos, the Baia Verde and the Gondar Park,  
a location of concerts and events very famous especially among young  
people.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.  
\- There is available only one portable air conditioner
