The 24-7 onsite manager is completely bogus - only responses we got were between 9am and 4pm despite calling the 800 number. God forbid there was a fire or a broken pipe in the middle of the night! Natural Retreats was very responsive even when we had a grill issue late Friday night it was rectified first thing on Saturday. The wild life was amazing just viewing from the deck. If you have to call anything out it would be the mattress in the bigger down stairs bedroom probably needs to be replaced. You will drive up to another person parked in the drive way. The care taker of the property lives above the garage. He parks his vehicle in the garage. Only a couple walls and a few feet divide your living space from him. So you don’t feel comfortable putting your stuff in the garage. You can see his living quarters from the “private hot tub”. Don’t plan on staying outside past 10pm. We were told to stay in side past quiet hours. Ruined our trip, asked for a refund but the manager said it didn’t have an impact on our trip, although it wasn’t in the description. Anyone looking for privacy, highly recommend not saying with natural retreats, you never know what you will drive up too. ##### Cody W.
