Lovely place to stay with plenty of room and privacy. Our only negative experience was a loud party on the patio behind our room one night and there is no way to contact the owner after 8pm unless it is an emergency. Except for that event it was an excellent environment for rest and relaxation.

Lovely stay. Thank you! The room was crystal clean, quiet, nice view. (We only have a very minor problem as the gate of the town closes at midnight and we came back from dinner at 00:30. I was surprised although, admittedly, this information was included in our welcome message, that I hadn't read carefully. In any case, this was not a real problem as the apartments are located some 3 minutes walking distance from the gate and pedestrians can always enter. I'm mentioning this point for other guests.)

Amazing but not much view as advertised
Amazing and beautiful! Only thing is that we specifically boked a suite that was advertised as one with a view. Unfortunately the greenery was not cut away, so the feeling was of being in a forest, not able to really enjoy the view from the photos....

Wonderful Stay and Beautiful Scenery
Wonderful place to stay in as it overlooks the valley and u can see up to the Sea of Galilee . Space was more than enough for 4 adults with a dining table Where we can play our card games . Will definitely recommend this place for anyone that drives and likes to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Israeli city From this place we could drive easily to Sea of Galilee , Tiberia ...etc

צימר נחמד, דרוש שיפור בניקיון ובציוד המטבח
ישנו לילה בבקתת אופק. הבקתה נעימה ומאובזרת - ג'קוזי גדול לזוג, טלוויזיה 50 אינצ', ספת רביצה, גינה עם שולחן טירונות ישיבה ועוד. הניקיון של המטבח טעון שיפור - נמלים קטנות על השיש, הכלי אוכל ישנים ולא נקיים, הכיריים לא יציבים (אי אפשר להניח עליהם מחבת). באופן כללי המטבח קטן וצפוף. גם בג'קוזי הג'טים הוציאו הרבה לכלוך בשימוש ראשון (מן הראוי לנקות לפני הגעת האורחים). וגם בחוץ השולחן היה מאובק.

תודה על המשוב המפורט. המטבח מאד מצוייד וקומפקטי (יש לנו בקתות גדולות יותר עם מטבחים מרווחים) נושא כלי האוכל, הכיריים ופינת הישיבה בחוץ - טופל. הג'קוזי עובר חיטוי כל 3 שבועות - נשפר.

Beautiful and friendly place
Our family of four stayed for one night in one of the cottages. Absolutely beautiful place, and excellently maintained. Very clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Owner was incredibly friendly and spoke great English - knows some really good jokes too :). Will stay again in the future and recommend to our family & friends.

A young couple. stay at Bat Harim cabinet.
The place is very nice. Good view and well maintained facility. They can do better with the soaps and Shampoo on site (was 90% water) - we would recommend to bring your own with you.

a great Zimmer to come and relax
We went with our kids to a short vacation. The room was big enough for all of us. The owner gave the kids DVD movies and they were very happy to watch them in the Zimmer on a great big screen with wonderful sound.the place is dwelling in green and is very quite. Have fun!!!

It was "ok" The place is clean and spacey - the facilities are generally good. We were mainly unhappy about the friendliness of the owner who seemed to be "allowing" us to stay at the place and the fact that there were several minor things that needed fixing. Also (not exactly the owners' fault - but they could have warned us) the fact that we couldn't find anything to eat during the weekend which left the kids very unhappy.

My stay at Ohn-Bar was during the off season. The town of Amirim was very quiet and did not have much to offer in the way of food or shopping options at this time. The area is very beautiful and there were plenty of hiking and sightseeing options nearby. Having a car was a must and making sure that I had some food from a store in a nearby town was a plus. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. He was helpful with planning things to do in the area. The Wi-Fi router that was provided offered strong internet access. The negative points: Hotels.com lists Sleep Number beds. The bed in my room was very basic. More of a foam pad. Certainly not Sleep Number. This bed may be available in another room.....but it seems like poor advertising to me. The shower had mold in crevices. The hair conditioner dispenser was not working, it turns out there was pink mold blocking the hole in the dispenser. The sugar, tea and instant coffee were provided in Tupperware containers that were very grimy. The dishes that were provided all needed cleaned before using. The dish drying rack had mold all over it. It was nice to have a bottle of wine provided, but it was pre-opened and tasted rancid. The flooring in the room was loose. I pinched my toes in the loose tile. The spa tub was dirty and needed a good cleaning prior to use.

Very nice host. Well furnished comfortable accommodation. Great location for touring the north of Israel. Definitely recommended. The Choresh room is good for a family who want to put kids in a separate room (no door).

Highly recommended!
I stayed with my wife for 3 nights during February 2015. The hosts were very friendly and helping. The location of this guest house is very beautiful with marvelous view. Amirim is a small beautiful village. There are options for eating even until late. We tried them all and the food was very good and of good price. The guest house is very cozy, Our room had all the comforts as advertised. In the room, we had some extra nice surprises: the home cinema with free DVDs to select from a big collection of the hosts, the Nespresso machine, the plate with the pastries and dates, the welcoming note. Overall, it was a very beautiful experience.

Lovely place to stay between Galilee and the coast
This beautiful guesthouse is about 15 minutes north of the sea of Galilee. It is meticulously clean and the room was spectacular. There was a fruti basket and pomegranate wine waiting for us on our arrival. The room has a lovely kitchen, balcony, robes, steam shower -- just fabulous!

Close to the Kinneret and surrounding sights
Exceptional location in the mountains. Richly appointed and comfortable place with many amenities. The village restaurants are vegan but Karmiel is a short drive to shopping and food. The deck gives a good view of the Gallilee including the lake, so a very romantic place to be. A kitchenette is also part of the accomodations and allows simple meals as well. The Host speaks excellent Englsh and is very helpful. Very enjoyable and relaxing time. We came from the hectic area of Netanya and this was a welcome change
