This vacation rental comprises four houses within the complex, offering a well-maintained garden spanning 1,400 square meters, complete with plants and trees. Enjoy the convenience of a fenced swimming pool (8 x 4 m) available seasonally from April 1st to October 31st. Relax on the terrace or take advantage of the shared washing machine facility. Parking is available on the premises, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the well-kept garden, spanning 1,400 square meters and adorned with lush plants and trees. The garden is fenced, providing a secure and peaceful environment for outdoor relaxation. The highlight of the outdoor area is the fenced swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters, which is available for your enjoyment during the seasonal period from April 1st to October 31st.

Enhance your stay with the convenient on-site amenities. A shared washing machine is available within the complex, allowing you to easily refresh your belongings. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room terraced house that spans 60 square meters across two levels. The main level features a stylishly furnished living/sleeping room with a sofabed, a dining table, and satellite TV. The living area opens up to a terrace. There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation rental comes with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is equipped with electric heating and air-conditioning for climate control. The terrace area is partly roofed and furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue for alfresco dining. Furthermore, you will have access to free Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.

The property is designed for non-smoking guests only and is not suitable for children under 4 years old. It is outfitted with a smoke alarm for added safety.
