Accommodating up to 10 guests (9 in beds), the home features three levels of comfortable living. \*Golf Benefits: Guests have access to our Eagle Ridge Golf Membership with preferred rates and tee times at The General, The North Course and the South Course! Contact us for details. Upon entering, you'll find a bright living room with a cathedral ceiling, open to the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a flat-screen cable TV. The dining area is well-stocked for entertaining, with direct access to a grill on the deck and a screened porch with seating for six. The main level includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a jetted tub. Upstairs, a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offers solitude, while the lower level includes two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with three twin beds—along with a full bathroom. A high chair and pack & play are available (bring bedding). The family room also has a game table, air hockey, and access to the new outdoor hot tub, plus an outdoor fire pit with firewood provided. Pet friendly homes do require a $150 pet fee. You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, a fitness room, a game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and an outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due to their closure. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days before check-in. The provider is CSA. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older when booking and present the entire stay. Check-in details are sent 3 days before your arrival to the email on file. Early check-in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or the morning of your arrival. The king bed should be replaced instead of piling on foam pads. Very uncomfortable. Should be moved over also. I had to shuffle sideways to get in and out of bed and there was a lot of that going on due to being uncomfortable. Upstairs and downstairs beds were fine. The dresser was not usable in the master bedroom. Wonky and loose. The side window opens but slams shut as soon as you let go. Scared the daylights out of me. There should be directions on how to get the shower to work. I have never seen one like that and it took a while to figure it out. I would tell you how it works but that would be no fun for the next group! The hot tub was very nice and the screened in porch had plenty of nice chairs and a nice size table. Not crazy about it being glass, but it worked. The kitchen was well equipped for the three nights we stayed. As far as cleanliness I think there are areas that could use a bit more cleaning. Stains on the bedroom carpet as soon as I walked in. And Bring your own dish towels and bath towels. Just sayin. Overall it was a fine house for a weekend. ##### Diane C. It was our first visit but all the directions were well marked. We all were able to have space and yet enjoy common space. The air hockey table was a huge extra for our 8 year old . The owners club was a real positive. We did an arts and craft with our 5 year old. The adults enjoyed the pool and game room. Also pups enjoyed the 3 season room and their walks. This is a dog friendly house, so I brought my Golden Retriever. There is a private home next door, with an invisible fence for their dog. Beware tho, that dog knows how to get past it. The dog came onto the property, I was staying at and nipped my dog. This happened twice. My dog was on a leash. I did contact the host about this. ##### Sharon O. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we all had!The house was perfect,it accommodated everyone perfectly and there was so much space to be away from each other if needed. We used everything, from the hot tub, fire pit and the poker table! The screened in porch was like sitting in a tree house! There was confetti dotted around the floor, the kitchen table and countertops were not clean and there was a lot of pet hair on the rugs and carpets.Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Richard P.
