Communication was great, the space was clean, plush towels, and our host provided a number of additional amenities to help enhance our stay (e.g., spices, water bottles, ice cube trays were filled, coffee, creamers, microwave popcorn). Our only recommendations for improvement would be to replace the downstairs mattress as there is a big sag that spans a large portion of the bed so not very comfortable. Also, the downstairs shower has a lot of water coming out the lower spout so the tub fills up, but water pressure was still good. Check in and check out were easy. The only shortcomings were the absence of room-darkenting shades or curtains in the bedrooms plus the location of the downstairs bathroom fan right under the upstairs bedroom bed. Since the downstairs bathroom fan goes on automatically when that room's light is turned on, if anyone sleeping downstairs turns on the bathroom light downstairs during the night, the fan goes on and can wake up people sleeping upstairs. ##### John K. This was largely due to the lovely accommodations at Galena Territory Retreat. The unit was perfectly equipped with anything and everything we could have imagined. It was very clean and well maintained not to mention the fantastic attention to detail. The beautiful view from the back patio was a great add on.
