A perfect strategic location for those who want to enjoy spectacular views, panoramic routes and a convenient starting point for exploring Lake Como, Milan and Bergamo . The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with attention to detail, is located in the central area of the village, a short distance from shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. It is located on the second and last floor of an elegant building and opens onto a large living area, characterized by a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with a large six-seater table. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has large worktops and a central island ideal for breakfasts and quick meals. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a cellar, perfect as a garage for those traveling by bike. Available to guests: Wi-Fi, oven, methane gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils. The heating and hot water are autonomous, managed by an independent gas boiler. By choice, the apartment is not equipped with a television: an invitation to slow down, to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape and to dedicate yourself to quality moments, in company or in total relaxation.
