The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with attention to detail, is located in the central area of the village, a short distance from shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. It is located on the second and last floor of an elegant building and opens onto a large living area, characterized by a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area with a large six-seater table. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen has large worktops and a central island ideal for breakfasts and quick meals. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a cellar, perfect as a garage for those traveling by bike. Available to guests: Wi-Fi, oven, methane gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils. The heating and hot water are autonomous, managed by an independent gas boiler.
