There's a cosy living and dining room with armchairs and a sofa gathered around a wood-burning stove, making it the perfect spot for a board game or snuggling up with a film. You'll find the contemporary kitchen fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and there's plenty of room for four around the dining table under soft pendant lighting. The luxurious master bedroom features a king-size bed and you'll find crisp white sheets and fluffy towels waiting for you. The second bedroom can be made up as another king or a twin room and has a cosy feel with a view of the greenery outside. There is a family bathroom with a shower and a bath to relax in after long walks or bike rides. Alternatively, you could go for a soak in large hot tub outside. We booked it for its proximity to the river Tweed for fly fishing and found that the river runs past the property; complete with fishing hut and a gillie! The property’s owner was great in his communication and was available for anything we needed. It was fascinating to learn from him about the history of the property.
