Cozy first floor Private Condo in Prime Location with Amenities! This stylist and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for a small families and friends looking for comfort and convenience in a quiet and friendly location. Walking distance to shopping, groceries, and entertainment!  
  
Bedrooms:  
Private Master suite with a comfortable Sleep Number Queen Mattress includes adjustable air chambers, dual adjustability and smart technology for customizable firmness and support. Master bedroom includes en-suite large bathroom and walk in closet - perfect for added privacy and convenience. The bedroom has a electric fire place, ceiling fan and a wall mount TV for added comfort and entertainment. Plenty of natural light come through the room and privacy as it faces the sidewalk and parking lot.  
  
Second bedroom with a queen bed is ideal for guests or children. With a built-in bed frame with storage drawers and lights is a perfect nightstand and storage space for the room. The room comes with a built-in closet and wall mount TV. The bedroom faces the sidewalk and parking lot.  
  
Fresh linens, pillows and blankets provided.  
  
Bathrooms:  
The master bedroom has a full bathroom with standing shower with glass doors. Two sinks and a couple of towel racks for comfort.  
  
The smaller bathroom has a bathtub, single sink and toilet. It comes with a full-size mirror behind the door.  
Both bathrooms have modern fixtures, hot water, fresh towels, soap and hairdryer included.  
  
Kitchen:  
Fully stocked kitchen includes gas range and 5 burners stove, microwave oven, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cookware, mugs, glassware, can openers, baking tools, and towels.  
  
Dinning Room:  
Large dinning table and chairs (fit 6 people) you may also find a table runner, a centerpiece, artwork on the walls, and a cabinet for dishware.  
  
Living Room:  
Comfortable set up includes large leather couch, two chairs, end tables, lamps, bookshelves, mount TV, electric fire place, blankets, and wall art. The added space in the living room included a high table (fit 4 people), high chairs and a ceiling fan. This space is great for working from home - it has plenty of natural light and an extra couch for added comfort.  
  
Laundry room:  
Almost new washer and dryer machines with shelve space. The laundry room includes a Dyson vacuum cleaner, mops, iron and ironing board.  
  
Amenities:  
Outdoor pool, gym and office/party room available. This property is conveniently located on the first floor of the property, walking distance to grocery stores, bus stop and shopping.
