The Cozy Gator is walking distance to the UF Health Shands Hospital, VA, and VET school. Perfect for medical visits or/and Health workers.   
  
It is 6 min. driving distance to Downtown Gainesville and Depot Park. Convenient to many restaurants, groceries stores and shops.  
  
Whether you're in town for a business conference, to visit a loved one at UF Shands, or to catch an unforgettable Gator game in the Swamp, this cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has been recently renovated and freshly-furnished for your stay in Gainesville.  
  
This perfectly-located unit is walking distance from all UF Health/UF Shands Hospitals, the VA Hospital, both UF Veterinary Departments, University of Florida's main campus, as well as many local and chain restaurants.
