Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes. High speed internet and cable are included. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The complex does not allow dogs. Check in is contactless and at your convenience. We have stayed in more than 20 different short term rentals in Gainesville over the last decade, and this one is the cleanest and most comfortable we've ever come across. I have asthma that's triggered by mold, and this is the only place we've rented in Gainesville that didn't cause me to need my inhaler constantly. It also has proper furniture and not cheap Ikea junk that you find in most rentals. We'll definitely stay here again if it's available and would recommend it without hesitation. Locating the unit was a little tricky at night and in rain, even with explicit instructions, but we managed to find it just fine after about 5 minutes. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. I have a child in Dental school in Gainesville and will definitely rent again if needed! ##### Dana D.
