Pack n' Play) ▻ Spacious Upstairs Suite in a Duplex with your own Entrance and 2 Private Balconies The Space: The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 40-minute drive)! This newly-built, concept-designed home features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, an additional King Bed bedroom, a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a pullout sofa and two rollaway beds. With 7 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Bonus: Pack n Play for an infant! Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home! Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Champion's-themed design, granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary! You'll be assigned one designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home. Guest Access: Full access to the home, it's all yours and only yours! The surrounding area looks a little old, but that would not deter me from staying here again. I think that’s what comes with any college town. After spending a little bit too much time in our deceased love ones home we found ourselves looking for an excellent place to stay which we found in the Lotus Suite. Clean, plush, modern, comfortable. Elliott and Amber were great to work with and were able to accommodate changes to our reservation. ##### Anneliese R.
