This newly-built, concept-designed home features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, an additional King Bed bedroom, a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a pullout sofa and two rollaway beds. With 7 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Bonus: Pack n Play for an infant! Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home! Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Champion's-themed design, granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary! You'll be assigned one designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home. My wife and I brought some of our friends up to Gainesville for the weekend for a baseball and basketball game. We both went to school at UF and wanted to give them the "Gainesville tour". We rented one building top and bottom and had an amazing experience! The location is priceless right near downtown and the place was great. It had everything you needed and the place fit right in with Gainesville. The front porch was the best to sit and enjoy the weather and have some drinks before we went to the games. I booked this place so we could come in the night before and I could have a place to work on Monday after I dropped them off at camp. Beautiful home - nicely decorated, very comfortable, and had small touches that were greatly appreciated. Very close to campus. It took me about 7 min to drive to the O’Connel center. The surrounding area looks a little old, but that would not deter me from staying here again. I think that’s what comes with any college town.
