Relax and Enjoy this fully-renovated Stylish Sanctuary in the Heart of Gainesville, right off I-75 and 3 miles from UF. You'll have the entire apartment to yourself--2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. With the extra beds, the condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. This is the perfect spot to access everything the Gainesville area offers; it's near shopping, eating, natural springs, and down the road from UF. Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want all the amenities with a touch of luxury.  
  
The Space:  
  
The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 30-minute drive)!  
  
This newly-renovated, concept-designed condo features two bright double King Master Bedrooms with en-suite baths, greenery views, and a half bath downstairs.  
  
The main bedroom mattresses are KING-sized and feature luxurious, brand-new hotel-inspired bedding. Downstairs, there is also a sleeper sofa bed and a daybed pullout trundle. With 5 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in total. Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.  
  
In the condo, you'll find new flooring, soft boutique design, high ceilings, nature views, 100 Mbps WiFi, and 3 UHD LED Smart TVs where you can log in to stream your favorite movies and shows.  
  
We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.  
  
Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary.  
  
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from the Oaks Mall, Starbucks, local restaurants, and plenty of other eateries and entertainment. It couldn't be better situated!  
  
Parking is free in front of the building.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Full access to condo, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. This is in addition to the living room, dining room, guest and master bed and bath and the neighborhood amenities like the pool and gym.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
We're just down the road from UF! (3-mile drive!)  
  
Also conveniently located just off of Interstate 75 and 1 min from Starbucks, 5 min from Publix and local health food store Earth Origins, and just 10 min from downtown Gainesville.   
  
We also highly recommend a drive out to the natural springs (Blue or Ginnie, 30 min away).  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The neighborhood is frequented by rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Public transportation is also available through Gainesville's RTS bus system

📄Please keep in mind that to confirm your reservation you will be required to fill and sign a Guest App, where you will have to upload a valid ID, phone number and email, and choose a damage waiver/deposit option so we can make sure to better cater to your stay. We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.)

#### Great Game wkend experience! 

We are alumni and we were in town to tour UF with our daughter and catch the football game Saturday. My parents met up with us as well for the weekend. The place is lovely—updated and clean—-and had all the little amenities that make a trip easier on the travelers. Location was great as well! We will definitely return and stay again!

#### Perfect except.....

Wonderfully appointed and decorated and very spacious. Communication was good. Loved the brochures of local activities and the television has hundreds of channels. Pool was close but we did not use it. The highway noise would be a negative for many, but since we were only a party of two, the second bedroom was quiet enough. Would prefer room darkening shades on the windows so as not to be awakened by the sun easily penetrating the curtain.
