The house has a common room and 3 bedrooms. The common room has couches and a TV, dining, and kitchen. The house was sufficient for the one weekend when we hosted another family, 2 couples and 3 kids. I wouldn't attempt to put any more than that as it would get cramped. Access to the water is excellent and the dock is in deep enough water for swimming. The water in the cove was clean when we were there and the mid-lake location was great. ##### David M.
