My friends and I were in town for the florida gator football game, the studio was amazing and had everything you could need. It was nice and secluded for great privacy and is only a very short drive and a reasonable walk to the game. The host was great and answered any questions we had and had great communication with us. We loved this property and will book again on our next trip to Gainesville. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, and the UF campus where we attended my granddaughter's graduation. The place is adorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We were in town for UF graduation. The studio is about a 8-10 min drive and about a 2 mile walk so we elected to Uber most of the time which was readily available.
