Some of the properties in the area were in need of some tlc. As for the house itself, it checked most of the boxes. The biggest thing is how accommodating and helpful Carlos is with check-in. Greatly appreciate it. There are some quirks about the house itself, like the washer and dryer being right next to the backyard door. And the cleaning crew could go over the floors again. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and will be back one more time for the Arkansas series. Thank you again for being an accommodating host! ##### Matthew T.
