The yard needs to be cleaned up as well as needing removal of random junk. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. However, the house next door is under construction and woke us at 7:30 AM. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and we had to buy items in order to cook meals. We even brought in our own toaster oven. The beds were comfortable, as was the LR couch. The TVs were new and the internet was excellent. The hot tub was in horrible shape and should be removed or replaced. The host was quick to respond to questions, yet didn’t remedy our concerns. This house is more of a glorified hotel suite with a substandard kitchen. For the cost, we could have stayed in a hotel and eaten out daily.
