Only 2.3 miles to Shands or UF. 1 mile to downtown Gainesville. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a gorgeous walk in shower; The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, we will supply an queen air mattress upon request at booking. which makes this house perfect for a family. Washer and dryer in home- Makes it perfect for longer stays Beautiful new home! Close to Depot Park, Cade Museum, downtown Gainesville, restaurants, bars, The Hippodrome. Guests have the entire home to themselves. We are available through messages for questions and recommendations, or a phone call to our 24/7 maintenance staff for emergency maintenance issues. This is a new home that was completed in 2023, it\`s located in an older neighborhood, the home next door is in the process of being totally remodeled from the outside in. The home is on a busier street- it\`s not a highway Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
