It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. If anyone is thinking of staying in Gainesville look no further, this is the place.
