It is immaculately decorated in every room to an Indonesian-Asian theme. It is perfectly located in a fantastic ski cove, with amazing sunset views. It is directly at the center point of lake lanier providing easy access by boat to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, camp out areas, hiking areas, Etc. We also have a canoe and kayaks on the dock available for your use and enjoyment. Also, we provide plenty of life vest for adults and children. Enjoy swimming off our dock with our easy access swim ladder for adults and children, just off the rear of the dock. The nearest boat ramp is Ducket Mill which is just directly across our cove, literally a 3 minute boat ride. The home is nestled in the trees with fantastic views of the lake from all bedrooms, and the main dining room area. It has two large decks attached to the house, both with incredible lake view. The outdoor all stone fire pit overlooking the lake is a guest favorite as well! It even has gorgeous stone benches to sit on surrounding the fire pit, perfect for relaxing around the fire while you roast your smores. We even supply all the wood! After a fun-filled day playing in the lake, enjoy the indoor jacuzzi room in the house, also with a fantastic view of the lake. This house is loaded with amenities such as HD cable TV and Internet TV, with full subscription to all the movie channels, giant 55 inch Samsung 4K Ultra HD flat screen with surround sound, a huge play room for the kids, pool table, outdoor gas grill, HD TVs in all bedrooms, central heat and air throughout, wood burning fire place, the largest dock allowed on lake lanier (double slip, two stories with huge party platform on top - also great for jumping into the lake), etc. It is decorated first class! Hi-Speed Wireless Internet also available. This lakefront house is our favorite place in the world. However, due to extensive travel this summer, we have decided to make it available to others for rental. Our double slip, two story dock with power is always on deep-water and will easily accommodate your boat rental. Also, the fishing in our cove is superb - huge striper bass everywhere. Stay at this house once, and you will want to come back every year! Bedding arrangements are as follows: Master B/R One King Size Bed - Sleeps 2 Guest B/R One - King Size Bed - Sleeps 2 Guest B/R - Queen Size Bed - Sleeps 2 Guest B/R - One Full Bed Sleeps 2, also has a Bunk Bed- Full bed on lower bunk -sleeps 2, and a twin size bed on upper bunk There is Full Size Sofa Sectional in Recreational Room with Pull Out Queen Size Bed - Sleeps 2 Total = 11 We hope you love our home and want to come back again year after year. We do have a strict no party policy. Maximum guest is 11 persons in home, on the dock and our property. Number of vehicles cannot exceed 4\. This is strictly enforced by us and by the City Ordinance. Violators will be asked to leave immediately. But this simply means that we don't want/allow any blow out types of parties there. We respectfully request that you treat our home as if it were your own. Don't get us wrong, as we want you to enjoy every part of the house; cook out, enjoy all the decks and dock, and enjoy your family type getaway to the fullest. We strive to accommodate your every need and nothing makes us happier then getting a 5 star review from you after your stay. We work very hard striving to earn that from you (if you feel we are deserving of it of course.) If you have any needs while you are there, just let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. We do have 3 security cameras outside to monitor home for your protection. There are no security cameras inside our home. Maximum parking is 4 vehicles. No RVs, campers or boat trailers allowed in parking areas. No smokers or fryers allowed on decks. The house is also a smart house meaning it has Alexis devices inside to control lights and music through the Alexis device. The house was very clean and had every dish, bowl and utensil you could ever need. They even had an ice maker which was so useful. We spent days out of the dock, swimming or fishing and nights playing board games. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the deer and their babies. We will definitely be back. ##### Lisa M. This house was 100% as advertised, no trick photography or cutting corners behind the curtain. Absolutely gorgeous, usable, and fun. Property owner promptly answered a question I had, property manager contacted me the day before to see if I needed anything and to make sure I had his number just in case. We had a blast swimming and feeding a friendly neighborhood duck at the dock, shooting pool in the billiards room, playing board games and cards at the main table,grilling dinner on the deck, and relaxing by a fire or in the hot tub in the evening. Plenty of space to stretch out, even with 7 adults and 2 kids. We normally pick different locations for this annual get together, but strongly considering booking this house again next year. Our group of three families had a great time here! We chose this lake house as a place to relax after picking up our kids from sleepaway camp and it was the perfect spot to do it! We spent the 4th of July there and it was lovely to be on the lake for the holiday. The grill was great and the sunset views can't be beat! The property was super clean at check in and is a very livable house. Since it has been expanded it is a bit broken up, but this gives it a lot of character. However, since it has many levels there are a lot of steps up and down. The house is equipped with all the necessary items in the kitchen to accommodate any type of meals someone would wish to make. The outdoor grill is a great asset for summertime cooking and the fire pit is a nice evening group experience for making smores or to just have a group chat. The property manager was very cooperative in ensuring that we had a great experience. He also provided some good suggestions regarding activities on the lake.
