We went to Gainesville for the Florida vs LSU game. It is a wonderful property, very nicely renovated, in a family friendly, and quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone. The reason for the four start review instead of a five is because on day two at the property the water heater went out on us. Instead of getting hot water for showers we got luke warm water, which was really not great. Especially after getting home from the game on a somewhat chilly Gainesville night. But, with all the care Claudia has put into the home, I would trust that she would remedy this issue right away. Claudia is a very responsive, friendly host.
