Conveniently located next to The Oaks Mall, restaurants, I-75, shops, and more! Also, 10 minutes from Shands Hospital. The condominium complex has a pool and a laundry room The bedroom has a queen bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 4 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress. The space has a large living area, dining area, full kitchen, renovated bathroom, and spacious bedroom. It is 702 square feet. Guests have the entire condo to themselves. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with stair access. Guests will need to climb up 2 flights of stairs. Also, there is potential for road noise from I-75 - light sleepers might want a sound machine. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%.
