This was a really great property for 4 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen was great for cooking and the sun room was our favorite. The climb back up to the dock is a haul BUT I was aware from previous reviews and it was worth it for the two level/covered dock. We were able to keep our boat and jetski docked at the house. Another bonus is the location of the house is the northern part of Lanier - there was much less boat traffic. Karona had great response time and was helpful with any questions. House was spotless with lots of room for a total of six adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It seems like it has some kinks to work out, tho. Many of the windows including in most of the bedrooms were uncovered so there was no sleeping in. Also there's a rooster across the street. Three bedrooms only had beds - no lamps or bedside tables or dressers. The stairs to the water are substantial (we all got a good workout going up them) and very slippery. Several guests slipped despite multiple warnings. This might be unsafe for anyone with physical limitations. The slip deck is clean and well cared for. You share the cove with 8-10 other homes w boats and there welas only 1 other family using their dock so it seemed quiet. We took a risk since there weren't many reviews and the pictures weren't very transparent about the stairs and it worked out ok for us. Hope this helps the next renter! ##### Erin J.
