Our home is the perfect retreat for families or large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests in beds.  
  
Step inside and you'll find a beautifully decorated interior that combines modern amenities. The house features 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, 1 fully equipped bathrooms that have everything you might need during your stay, and an office space.  
  
The living area is perfect for relaxing and socializing with your loved ones, featuring two cozy sofas, a large flat-screen TV (Netflix + apps; no cable), and plenty of natural light.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining area provides ample seating for your entire group.  
  
Step outside and you'll find a beautiful backyard that features a grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor dining table is perfect for al fresco meals, and the spacious yard is great for playing games or simply lounging in the Florida sun.

Other things to note  
The city collects the garbage and recycling bins on Thursday mornings. If the black garbage bin and recycling bins (orange for flattened cardboard, blue for glass and plastic) are full, please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street touching the curb anytime on Wednesday evening so they can be emptied early Thursday morning.

#### Great Weekend Stay

We booked this for a weekend baseball tournament for our Family of four (two teens). Both kids had their own rooms and there were board games available for the kids. Overall the kids had a great time and the property was great for our weekend needs. Owners were very responsive via the app.

Interior of the home was as described and very comfortable. Location is good and property manager was prompt in all our inquiries. Only downside is limited parking for only space for 1 car in front of the home in the grass and another space far from the home in back of the house. Both are in the grass and uncovered so in case of rain, very inconvenient and both front yard and backyard are not well landscaped so both dirt and sand are tracked into the home. Highly recommend owner to add at least a covered driveway on the side of the home to make is more convenient for guests to unload luggage and any shopping. Otherwise, nice home to stay visiting in the area for parents with students in the University. 3 King beds a plus as well.
