The open floor plan house is well laid out and comfortably furnished. The kitchen provides lots of storage space and island prep space for those who like to cook. Families will appreciate having both counter seating and a dining table. Inside new washer and dryer also includes space for folding clothes and more storage. Master br has comfortable king size bed, and br2 has 2 twins. Spacious closets in both bedrooms. Easy access from the house to numerous walking trails. A 2 min walk takes you to the Towne Square with its shops and eateries plus the weekly don’t-miss Farmers’ Market. The Natural History Museum, Botanical Gardens, Art Museum and grocery stores are all within a 15 minute drive.
