Amazing restaurants and local shops close by. 5-10 min from UF and HCA hospitals. 30 minutes to Ginnie Springs. Quiet and serene area, family friendly, we are sure you will have a peaceful and energizing time at this beautiful home we have ready and waiting for you! When you walk in you will be welcomed by with a warm feeling of home. The living room features a big 70" tv hanging over the fireplace, 2 big comfortable pull out sofas with additional sleeping for 4, and 2 accent chairs. Big dining room table with enough seating for 8 plus 2 counter stools. Standing desk and ergonomic desk chair FAST WIFI 500mbps NETFLIX included. KING BED in master bedroom. Queen beds in all other bedrooms. Each bedroom features a 55" TV, memory foam mattress, duvet, black out curtains, full length mirror, 2 nightstands, and closets. 3 of the bedrooms feature a 6 drawer dresser as well. All TV's are smart TV's so just stream your favorite show or app to them with ease.
