Walk to all of Gainesville\`s best restaurants and bars. Perfect for game weekends, special events, hospital stays, and more! Sleeps up to 6 people with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and queen air mattress. Please let us know at the time of booking you will need an air mattress. Parking and the yard are shared with Unit A of the historic duplex. We are looking forward to hosting you! Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
