The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by and a beautiful local walking destination. There are off leash dog play areas there and lots of friendly people. I stayed at the home one night by myself and a second with my daughter who is finishing up her freshman year at UF. It was a nice break for her and a great place for me. Not far from downtown either (despite the wooded, quiet, neighborhood). The washing machine and dryer are large and modern. There is a backyard, but we didn’t use it. If anything this property was better than expected. I definitely will/would stay here again. ##### patrice p.
