Sleeps six with King, Queen and Double beds. You’ll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with a large granite island and all new appliances. For your entertainment, in the great room we have provided a Blu-ray/DVD player and a small library of DVD’s to choose from. Wifi and smart TV provided so you can stream your personal video services. There is a separate living room with a foosball table, magnetic dart board and a few games. The house resides on 5 scenic well maintained acres. There is a back deck perfect for relaxing, grilling and enjoying the evening sunset with a beautiful view of the small pond located on the property. Deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife are frequently seen. The house is located just 15 minutes from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, 10 minutes from the city of Alachua and 20 minutes from High Springs. Ginnie springs is approximately a 30 minute drive. There are a wide variety of restaurants and grocery stores within a 15 minute drive. A small grocery/convenience store is less than 4 minutes away.
