It is conveniently located in Gainesville to food, drinks and UF (not walking distance, but easy drive to everything). This is a ground floor updated one bedroom apartment is outfitted with everything you need for a short stay. There is in-unit laundry, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare small meals and the king bed was comfy. Parking was right outside the unit. We were originally a little hesitant to stay here because we like walking everywhere. It turns out it’s not that far away. We walked the 3 miles to the football game and it was a nice easy walk. Uber back was fast and easy. It’s a smaller one bedroom condo but plenty of room for us. Bathroom was good size with lots of counter space (per my wife). But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape.
