Quiet and Comfy. Super close to UF, Shands and VA Hospital. 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo in peaceful neighborhood. Included in rental is pool, walking trails, tennis courts and easy private parking. Shopping nearby at Oaks Mall and Butler Plaza. Restaurants galore. Fully stocked kitchen with new stove. All amenities provided for an easy stay, just bring your clothes and food! Sorry, no parties allowed in our home. Sports bars very nearby, Gators Dockside, Ballyhoo Grill 1 mile

Great location in Gainesville. We went to visit our children at the University of Florida. It was 5 miles away, easy ride. Cute neighborhood. Hiking trails nearby. Place is very clean, great condition. Owner was very nice.

#### Amazing Stay in Gainesville

We had an amazing stay in Gainesville for a Gator Home Game. The property is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. We all slept very soundly. It is a very cozy condo. Louise is a gracious host and quick to communicate. We will definitely look to book her condo again for our next trip to Gainesville.

#### Very nice condo in quiet neighborhood not far from UF.

Had a comfortable stay in the condo. We did not spend a lot of time there as it was parents' weekend and a football game. But it was comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. Would recommend unit but could use some updating of condo and furnishings and a little less personal items.

The rental worked well for us with comfortable beds and enough space in the living room/dining room to have family visit, eat dinner, etc. Other than eggs, we didn't really cook. It was a peaceful neighborhood and the ducklings were fun to see.

#### Comfortable and Convenient

We had a very enjoyable weekend. The property was just as described and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. It was really dark at night which was a bit of challenge when we first arrived. Locating the correct location and opening the lockbox would be easier in daylight for sure. Beds were comfortable and the location quite convenient to the UF football field. Will definitely consider booking again when in Gainesville.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. All of the amenities we would have wanted. Parking right next to the unit. Close to campus, restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. I didn’t need the owner but it is easy to cumunicate with them. I recommend to all.

The condo was clean, tidy and well stocked. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. The area felt safe. It was about a 14 minute drive to Shands hospital. Many restaurants in the area, just a short drive away. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it!
