I am a little late with my review because of a super busy weekend packing to move but we had an amazing time here. I had a last minute emergency that required my family to stay in Gainesville. We were facing an uncertain Christmas, but thanks to Yenni we had the best Christmas my fiance (or I) have ever had. The location is amazing too, even if you don't have a car, because there's so much shopping in a walkable distance (20 minutes or less). It was spacious, clean and quiet and I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone in need of a stay!

The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on.

#### Cozy and great location 

We visited our one daughter who attends UF for Thanksgiving, as she did not want to drive home 5 hours for the holiday, so we brought it to her. This place was perfectly located where we were able to access all the shopping and grocery stores within a short distance. Check in and out was very easy, the apartment is decorated very nicely and had all the necessities we need for our time there. Definitely peaceful and tranquil!

Great location for anything at the university. Super close to so many restaurants as well. It’s an older complex, but the property is maintained extremely well. It could use more lighting, especially in the living room. Overall, great experience.

Our stay was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had is the strong smell of chemicals. It caused an asthama attack on my friend. We thought we were going to have to leave but we aired it out and she used medication to get passed it. She had to spend the first 5 hours sitting outside in the back before she could stay inside without having breathing trouble. She wasnt alone because we all found the stron g smell offensive to oir breathing.

#### Not so tranquil. Needs deep cleaning and window treatments

I don’t understand all the 10 star reviews for cleanliness. The place looks like it hasn’t been really cleaned in a long time. There’s heavy dust on all the baseboards and ceiling fans. The stove liners and over have a lot of left over cooked-on food particles. The glass on the sliding glass door is so dirty it obscures the view. There is a dried up air freshener behind the upstairs toilet that has obviously been there a while. The sponge in the kitchen sink has obviously been used for quite some time by multiple tenants. There was mold in the holder the sponge was in. The kitchen and bedroom blinds all had damaged or at least one non-functioning vane. There was supposed to be shampoo but there was barely enough in the dispenser to wash my hair one time. The grill in the listing had a small gas tank we could not remove and someone had tried to convert it to a charcoal grill because there was leftover charcoal in it. As to the tranquility- the neighbor’s music woke me up one night at 2am. The other night, the noises in the parking lot kept me awake much of the night. The sheets are cheap, hot microfiber. The dining and patio lighting was non-functioning. I don’t know where the cleaning funds are going, but they are not cleaning. I have stayed on a lot of. VRBO’s and I have learned I can get more for the amount of money I spent.
