Guests have the apartment to themselves. The apartment features a small kitchen, a dining area, a living area and a bedroom with a king bed. The property is walking distance to the downtown restaurants, parks, bars, Hippodrome Theater, and more! Beautiful, historic building in downtown Gainesville. Complete with large bedroom with king bed, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Guests have access to the front porch and the beautiful Camellia Rose Inn grounds. Guest have the entire apartment to themselves. We are always available for questions and recommendations. Beautiful, historic downtown district. Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
