Can't even hear cars
Getting away from the hustle and bustle was the goal of our stay, and it truly did that for us! When we sat on the front porch and couldn't even hear a car going by in the distance, that gave us some peace and relaxation. Wifi worked just fine.

Quiet vacation
Enjoyed watching all the wildlife. Rick was a great owner/host. We look for properties that are in the “country” and The property was exactly what we wanted. Thanks Rick for letting us stay in your farm house. We are hoping we will be able to visit again.

Peaceful stay in TN
Love everything about this property! The yellow farm house on the hill was perfect in every way!! A little piece of heaven in TN. The owner called to check on us as we were arriving after dark! He was very helpful! We were attending a concert which was only 5 minutes away. We loved everything about our stay ! Thank you Rick!!

Loved the cottage, the property and the host was very nice and friendly, definitely would visit again. I had learned a lot about Tennessee from my visit. it's been peaceful and loved to listen to crickets and wild animals from the porch.

Great getaway!
The farmhouse was situated in a secluded setting surrounded by hills. The caretakers (Joe and June) were very helpful and very friendly. Rick (the owner) was also one of the nicest people you could ever meet. The area, while being secluded, also offered many state parks, restaurants and other things to do. What a great vacation!
