Bathroom and room very clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, so welcoming and friendly. We had a lift to and from the bus station. The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta!
