5 stars!
We had a great stay here. The room was clean and stocked they even had some complimentary toothbrushes since we forgot ours. The front desk staff was wonderful, Phillip was particularly outstanding. There was a full hot breakfast which was awesome Katrina helped us out there and she couldnt have been any sweeter! If youre in the area and need somewhere to stay this is it.

The room had 2 TVs and both would not turn off. We had to try to sleep with the TV on. The light was frustrating and kelt us awake.

Best place around super clean!
Staff and hotel is perfect! I’ve stayed at almost every hotel there is and this place is always my go to! Managers reception with free drinks and what they call snacks is amazing. We had it for our dinner and left full. Meatballs, potatoes, veg medley, soup, hot dogs etc…food changes but always great imo.

Only thing that was not sufficient or expected was the lack of hot breakfast food on a Sunday morning. Like they cook it once when it first opens and if you don’t get it at 6/7 am you don’t get it at all.

Normally staying here is no brainer. This time the first room had a non functional ac unit. The staff was great and was able to move us. The issue was really bugs. I know it’s summer but the room being on the first floor had a big spider I needed to kill. There were other little bugs (not bed bugs) in the room near the window. I’m sure this attracted the spider. The room was entirely to wet. After leaving all my clothes felt damp. Hotel just needs some love and possibly the ac units cleaned.

Clean enough. Pretty average older property. Cabinets bathroom were worn. Walls had been poorly mudded/repaired around the tub. Attendant at breakfast was very kind. She was doing a wonderful job keeping up with a large crowd.

I enjoyed checking in, the process was efficient and we got to our rooms in time to enjoy the pool. Pool was freezing but it’s April 1st. It’s to be expected. The hot tub was warm, not hot. The breakfast was good, as usual for holiday inns. I always enjoy the stay at one, but this one in particular had hard and uncomfortable beds. That was disappointing.

Disappointing Stay
I chose this hotel bc it was highly rated. The front desk staff was excellent. The housekeeping dept clearly has issues. We used the sleeper sofa; when we opened it up, we found a muffin and cereal on the carpet under the bed. The front desk had sent up bedding earlier; as I made the bed, the sheets were crisp and clean, however the blanket was very old, worn and in disrepair. In the breakfast room, the eggs were cold, the pancake machine did not work, and the decaf coffee literally came out of the dispenser cold. The guy ahead of me for coffee reported it to the staff. She removed the container but never brought any fresh decaf. We asked multiple times for the pancake machine to be refilled with batter but gave up after 20 minutes. Very sub-par experience at this hotel.

Wedding party
This is one of the most cleanest hotels I have stayed in. We had a we’d party and needed to be in close proximity. They went out of there way and got us all 3 rooms next to each other. There's a Cracker Barrel next door to them but our rooms come with free breakfast. After eating breakfast at the hotel the whole group was glad we ate there because Cracker Barrel could have not been any better. Thanks for being so kind at check in.

Good choice
I had a good time at this hotel. Check in was great and easy. The breakfast could have been a lot better!!! The food wasn’t too good. There could have been more choices but the biscuits and gravy held me over. The workout room was good. If it had a weight machine, it would have been amazing. Housekeeping…I was there for 5 days and was only offered towels. They didn’t not clean my room at all but over over the hotel was nice.
