Nasty room. Very dirty and unsanitary, Blood stains on the bed and walls. The room had roaches, the curtains was barely hanging on or covering the window. Mold on the shower curtain and in the tub. The floors was dirty. Trash is already in the trash can and they made it clear no refund.

Room was not cleaned well and damage to walls and mirror was poorly repaired. Towels looked like my stained shop rags. Ice machine was falling apart and looked unsanitary.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell was unbelievable. When asked for another room we were told that even their non smoking rooms have been smoked in.

I accidentally booked a twin bed room and I needed a king. I called the property management and they switched my room to a king! Very nice people.

the room smelled like smoke. there was an ashtray on the night stand. the bed had cigarette burns on it. the sink had cigertte burns on it. there were roaches in the room.

Upon check-in: 1 Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking-room. 2 - Roach on pillow. Turned pillow cases inside out. 3 - TV remote didn’t work (battery was missing). 4 - Mold in tub/shower and on cloth shower curtain. 5 - Shower towel mat was wet before I took a shower. 6 - Bed looked like it had just been fluffed and sheets not changed. 7 - More roaches. Had office spray 2nd day. Even a roach inside glass and liner of microwave door. 8 - Housekeeping never came by the room. I left an appropriate tip of nothing. 9 - Carpet was dirty enough to discolor my feet and socks. Would never stay there again. Could have bought a tent & sleeping bag at WalMart and gone to a campground, which would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.

I am moving across the country with a rental truck and a tow trailer towing a vehicle. This is my second time doing this, and I had made a reservation. After getting roadside assistance over something that wasn’t my fault and taking longer than I wanted getting gas, I called the hotel where I had a reservation begging the people who answered to cancel my reservation or at least transfer it to the next day because I was too exhausted to keep driving safely. The man who answered yelled at me and said he didn’t charge my card and hung up. I had been charged and Expedia tried to get me a refund but could not. I explained I’d needed emergency roadside assistance and wished I could stay the next day or at another one of this company’s hotels. Phone attitude of person answering was terrible.

obviously not the best inn in gadsden but thats perfectly fine because it is the most affordable so it was worth it.

I am one of those people that gets the point, things do not have to be perfect. I understand that a building is 50 years old, its had thousands of different occupants and it doesn't smell brand new, blah, blah, blah. What I do not understand is how just walking back and forth on the floor in my socks would turn them BLACK or why there were food crumbs in the sheets of the bed when i thought i was supposed to get a clean room. And it would be nice to have someone at the desk that at least understands english if they can't speak it. A working phone in the room...too much to ask for? Or is that extra? Next time if check out is 11am please don't come in my room and take my personal pillow when all i had done was run grab some breakfast at 10am. Stay At Your Own Risk!

For the price it was fine ! Too bad the people that came to spend the night didnt know how to park as they took up 2 spaces to park .They never came an made the beds up or changed out the towels . Had to go an get our own !

Nice and quiet, ac and heat worked really good. Nice bathroom, overall a very good bargain for the price. Only bad thing was the towels and washcloths, very dirty. They should have spent a few dollars on new towels.

Not very comfortable and check in was through a window. Paid before we went to the room and it was extremely dated and not extremely clean. Did not feel very safe as well. Not the best area of town.

Room was absolutely horrible. The door would not shut all the way and you could hear everything outside. They changed my room and it was worse than the previous one but at least the door shut all the way.
